As each apple is carefully placed in bags and then into crates, we ensure that their journey from orchard to market is as smooth as possible. The care taken at this stage is crucial to maintaining the high standards our customers expect from us.
Crating and Loading: Preparing for the Journey
Once harvested, the apples are gently placed in crates, ready for the next step in their journey. Our team ensures that each crate is filled with care, preventing any damage during transport. This efficient handling process is key to preserving the quality of our apples, ensuring they arrive at the market as fresh and delicious as they were when they left our orchard.
Grading and Packaging: The Perfect Blend of Tradition and Technology
At the grading center, technology meets tradition. Our automatic grading machines meticulously sort apples by size—Large, Medium, Small, Extra Small, and Pittu Grade. Each apple is scrutinized to ensure only the best make it into our cartons. These cartons, weighing between 10.5 to 15 kg, are packed with precision to maintain the apples' freshness and quality throughout their journey.
The final step before the apples leave our hands is a thorough check of each carton, ensuring that only the finest apples reach our customers. Proper packaging is essential in delivering fresh, undamaged apples, and we take this responsibility seriously.
